Frequently Asked Questions
Download the Athlete Home app from the App Store, or visit the web app. Tap "Sign Up" and enter your email address and a password. You will be able to start tracking immediately after creating your account.
Tap "Forgot Password?" on the login screen and enter your email address. You will receive a password reset code to create a new password.
Athlete Home collects the information you provide: account details (email, name), nutrition logs, gym and exercise data, sleep tracking, mood entries, goals, photos, and notes. All data is stored securely on our servers. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. For AI-powered features like calorie estimation and insights, relevant data is processed through OpenAI's API. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You can delete your account from within the app. On mobile, go to the Profile tab and tap "Delete Account" at the bottom. On the web, open the sidebar and tap "Manage Account." This will permanently remove your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone. You may also use the contact form above to request account deletion.
When you log a meal, Athlete Home uses AI to estimate calories, protein, carbs, and fat based on your food description. These are estimates and may not be perfectly accurate. They are meant to help you track trends over time, not replace professional nutritional guidance.
Yes. Athlete Home is available as a native iOS app and as a web app. Your account syncs across devices, so you can log data on your phone and view it on your computer, or vice versa. Just sign in with the same email and password.
Your data is stored securely and transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. We do not sell your data to third parties. Only the minimum necessary data is shared with OpenAI when you use AI-powered features, and this data is not used by OpenAI to train their models.
